Request deletion of your Jaranova Driver account.
This page is available to Jaranova Driver users whether or not they can currently sign in.
What happens after you submit
Jaranova will use the email address you provide to locate the Driver account and may contact you to verify the request before deleting account data.
Data we normally delete or de-identify
Subject to verification and applicable retention requirements, this can include your Driver account profile, application contact information, device notification tokens, stored identity-document copies and other personal account information that is no longer required.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited delivery, payout, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal records where reasonably necessary or required by law. Where possible, retained records are minimized or separated from active account access.
