Driver App Privacy Notice

Driver information we process

We may process your name, email, phone number, city, account identifiers, application status, vehicle details, driver licence information, insurance information, profile photo, licence images, insurance proof, delivery assignments, proof-of-delivery records, earnings and payout activity, support communications, device information and notification tokens.

Precise location

The Driver app may collect precise location while you are using delivery features and, where you grant background-location permission, while an active delivery or route requires location updates. Location supports navigation, route progress, ETA calculations, operational safety and live delivery tracking.

During an active delivery, relevant location or ETA information may be visible to the authorized merchant, Jaranova operations and the customer associated with that delivery. Location sharing is intended to stop when delivery tracking no longer requires it. Jaranova does not make driver location publicly searchable.

Identity and eligibility documents

Driver licence images, insurance documents and profile photos are collected for onboarding, verification, compliance and account administration. These documents are restricted to authorized Jaranova administrative access and are not shown to merchants or delivery customers.

Photos, signatures and delivery content

The app may use the camera or photo library to collect proof-of-delivery images. It may also collect recipient signatures, names, notes and timestamps needed to document delivery completion. These records may be shared with the applicable merchant or customer when necessary to confirm delivery.

Earnings and payouts

The app displays driver earnings and payout activity. Payout onboarding and processing may be handled by Stripe or another approved payment provider. Jaranova generally receives the account status and transaction information required to administer payouts rather than full bank credentials.

Notifications and device information

We may use device identifiers and push-notification tokens to send route assignments, delivery alerts, payout updates and security or account notices. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings, although disabling them may reduce timely delivery alerts.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your Driver account and associated personal information at delivery.jaranova.com/driver-account-deletion. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, delivery dispute or safety purposes.
