Driver Terms

These Driver Terms supplement the Jaranova Terms of Service and apply to driver applicants and approved drivers using Jaranova Driver.
1. Driver eligibility
You must be legally eligible to perform delivery work in the jurisdiction where you operate and maintain a valid licence, appropriate insurance, a roadworthy vehicle and any other authorization required for the deliveries you accept.
2. Verification
You authorize Jaranova to review information and documents you submit for onboarding and ongoing eligibility. You must keep those records accurate and provide updated documents when they expire or materially change. Approval may be suspended while required documentation is missing, expired or under review.
3. Delivery conduct
You must operate safely, comply with traffic laws, follow lawful delivery instructions, handle goods appropriately, protect customer privacy and promptly report material delivery issues. You must not mark a delivery complete unless the required delivery steps have actually been completed.
4. Location and tracking
When you are actively performing delivery work, Jaranova Driver may use precise location to support dispatch, navigation, route progress, ETA calculations and live tracking. Authorized merchant, customer and Jaranova operations views may receive delivery-relevant location or ETA information while the delivery is active. See the Driver App Privacy Notice.
5. Customer information
Customer names, phone numbers, addresses and instructions are provided only for delivery operations. You may not copy, retain, contact, market to or otherwise use customer information for unrelated purposes.
6. Proof of delivery
Where required, you must capture accurate proof of delivery, which may include a photo, recipient name, signature, note and completion timestamp. Fraudulent, staged or misleading proof may result in suspension or termination.
7. Earnings and payouts
The app may display estimated or available earnings associated with completed delivery work. Payout eligibility, timing, adjustments and processing depend on delivery completion, account status, applicable fees, review requirements and the payment provider. You are responsible for your own tax obligations unless applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Account security
Your Driver account is personal to you. Do not share your password, allow another person to perform deliveries under your identity, or attempt to access another driver's account. Notify Jaranova promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Suspension or deactivation
Jaranova may suspend or deactivate driver access for safety concerns, fraud, misuse, expired eligibility documents, repeated delivery failures, customer-data misuse, legal requirements or material violation of these Terms.
