Your software plan covers access and its stated monthly order allowance. Included software orders are not free courier deliveries.
Your delivery fee is CAD $15 for the first 5 km on PAYG, or CAD $13 with a verified active Starter, Growth or Pro subscription, plus CAD $1.10 per additional kilometre, including fractional kilometres. Applicable taxes are separate. Negotiated custom rates remain unchanged. A verified merchant credit card and current billing authorization are required before submitting a billable order, including on $0/month PAYG.
PAYG delivery requires confirmation of the all-inclusive quote and successful payment before dispatch when available. Account setup does not by itself authorize delivery payment or dispatch. Weekly credit is not offered as a live payment option.

Do I need a card for PAYG?+
Yes. PAYG has no monthly subscription, but a verified merchant credit card and current billing authorization are required before a billable order can be submitted.
Does submitting an application charge me?+
No delivery or subscription payment starts from the merchant application form. A paid subscription requires a separate billing confirmation.
Are delivery fees included in a paid plan?+
No. Monthly plans and order allowances cover software capacity. Delivery service and fulfilment charges are separate.
Can I use my own drivers?+
The merchant workspace supports merchant-managed driver workflows. Delivery methods and service availability depend on your account setup and region.
